Jeff graduated from the University of Windsor in 1987 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990. He has also completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course. He joined a local firm in Leamington in 1993 after seven years in the tax service area of one of the large accounting firms in Windsor. He became a partner with the Leamington firm in 1996. The five partner Leamington firm joined the Collins Barrow association in 2002. Jeff is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He has served as a sessional instructor in income tax for the University of Windsor and for the Certified General Accountants Association. Jeff has a wide base of experience with Canadian income tax law and provides services for a broad range of clients in the farming, fishing, greenhouse, automotive, manufacturing, real estate and service industries.
