Roger Mills

Roger and his family moved to Canada in 1994, operated a 40 cow dairy for 8 years, having been a producer in UK for 28 years. He is a founder member of the Manitoba Dairy Farm Management Group [MDFMG], set up in 1996 and in 2002 was invited to take on the role of Dairy Business Consultant to the Group. Benchmarking, improving Bookkeeping and ultimately profitability are the objectives of this producer-run organization.
